Our Story

Meet the dynamic duo behind the magic, Loyal & Nicole Martinez, the visionary founders of Loyalty Weddings & Events. Their journey began on the dance floor, where Loyal’s passion for movement and Nicole’s desire to learn converged in what ended up making them life partners in 2015. While planning their own wedding, they realized the potential of merging both Loyal’s experience as a DJ and his passion for dance, to create a wedding and event experience like no other offered in the Pittsburgh area. In 2015, they took the leap and founded Loyalty Entertainment.

For the next few years, Loyal began to perfect his craft, train additional DJs as the demand grew, all while Nicole was completing her Masters in Nursing & working as the nursing supervisor at a local hospital...and having their two children. What started as a small venture quickly evolved into a bustling entertainment company, now boasting a team of over 40 talented individuals, offering countless services. With a repertoire that is unmatched, Loyalty Weddings and Events has become synonymous with unforgettable moments at events all over the Pittsburgh and surrounding areas.

Embarking on a journey of true dedication, in 2022, it was only natural for Nicole to make the pivotal decision to leave her full-time nursing job, choosing to invest her heart and soul into the growing business. This was a turning point for the duo, allowing Nicole to channel her compassionate nature and organizational skills into the flourishing entertainment business she and Loyal had built together. The subsequent year, 2023, brought significant growth, recognizing the need for a dedicated team to match their expanding vision, Loyal and Nicole welcomed a trio of talented individuals into their fold. Amanda, now Nicole’s right-hand Executive Assistant, brings precision and efficiency to every aspect of the business. Gabrielle, the dynamic Director of Marketing, weaves magic through creative campaigns that resonate with clients and audiences alike. And at the helm of operations is Ashley, the meticulous Director of Operations, ensuring every event unfolds seamlessly.
